By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Fussion Analytics enables users to view authorized Google Analytics data through a secure, intuitive dashboard experience. The application is part of the CompileFussion product suite.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use our services lawfully. You must not upload, transmit, or use content that violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.
If you connect Google services, including Google Analytics or Google authentication, you authorize us to access the data necessary to provide the requested functionality. You remain responsible for the permissions you grant and may revoke them at any time from your Google account settings.
CompileFussion retains ownership of its platform, branding, software, content, and related materials. You may use the services for lawful purposes but may not copy, redistribute, or misuse our intellectual property.
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except to the extent required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms or if continued use would harm our platform, users, or compliance obligations.
